Hey guys,
I got a bit of a vague question.. So try not to flame too hard..
I eat a lot of whole, un processed foods.. Most mornings at work I will cook 2 bacon rashers and 2 whole eggs with bread.. All the guys at work keep asking how my cholesterol is...
So anyway, into the question..
How bad is bacon and eggs for cholesterol?

Go to the doctors and see if your levels are high

If youre worried about it then why not have it tested?
Obviously bacon and eggs is going to have more of an impact on your cholesterol then say oatmeal and fruit but if the rest of your diet is very clean i wouldnt worry too much

Environmental factors have very little to do with high cholesterol.

Alot of it is due to genetics, so you should pick your parents wisely.

If you're worried go get it tested, i ate 15 eggs a day for 4 months and mine didn't move.
