Wass goin on guys! Been a while since i've posted :) But anywho, on with business.

Has anyone ever ordered from www.streettuned.com.au before? I just bought a Blitz ID iii. Two issues I had.

1. I paid $30 for registered postage - it rocked up normal post and only cost them $10.

2. The more serious of the 2 issues. The advertised product on the website here is the spec-r. This is the dual solenoid version. I received the spec-s which is the single solenoid version.

I'm not particularly happy as you can imagine. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive from Sydney (to Melbourne) and was already holding up the progress of my car. Now it will only hold things up more until I hear back from them (I just emailed them tonight when I got home.)

Has anyone had any experience with these guys before? I'm a little worried now that the transaction is done they aren't going to want to deal with me anymore.

So misleading...

"Location: Shortcut to Homepage >Forced Induction>Boost Controllers>BLiTZ - SBC i-D III Boost Controller (Universal)" but picture of the Spec R

The id3 is the previous model to the Spec S/R...

Did you receive the id3 or Spec S? Cos the id3 is the dual solenoid although a previous model.

You're right. I didn't even notice. Its not even ID III. Its just SBC ID - Spec S. How f**kin annoying.

ouch never heard of them.
dodgy on the post though i would ask for a refund to be honest on the postage as thats not really fair is it.
then again they may have just made a mistake in there post drops who knows, worth inquiring about though

Shattered...

Just don't jumping the gun just yet, could just be a genuine mistake. Probably wait until tomorrow business hours and contact them to see what's the go.

I empathise though given the situation!

SO, after a couple of emails just thought I would let you guys know I sent the item back and they gave me a full refund. Not including the postage it cost me to send it back, but at least a refund for the postage I paid to get it sent to me. Good result I guess.

Street Tuned took full blame for this mistake and refunded Dons payment and paid for the product to be returned back to us!
