what pre work are you using?

what pre work out are you using and where did you get it from?

 

 

 

 

do you notice differences from your last pre work out

 

 

 

anyhow i just finished my prework and looking to get a new one but im interested on what others have used and what people are considering

What were you using ??? Best to cycle off for a while before you go another one as majority of them have the same shit

ive tried jacked 3d for about 2 weeks that made me want to climb a mountain for the frost 10 mins but you crash hard after. ive taken mesomorph and that was ok made me feel like i was gonna feint when i got home though.

ive tried mesomorph and that worked heaps better than jack3d. jack3d just gave me a headache but mesomorph gave me a big boost but it was good coz when i crashed it was after i showered so i just ate and then passed out.

A workmate gave me a small container of jacked to try...

 

Was awesome the first time but I think I built a tolerance for it really quickly because the effects don't seem as obvious now (after several sessions).

I've just started taking a protein shake with glutamine and creatine mixed with milk.

 

Before that I would have something small to eat and down a no doz tablet to get me up and going cause I was always to stuffed after work.

hardcore overload...cant remember exact name but was from the suppliment warehouse

 

 

 

yeh i have been about a month since i been off it so its time to get a new one so im trying to decide on the next one to get

Done good runs with:

 

No Xplod

No Shotgun

Black Powder

Jack3d

Superpump 250

Scivation Quake 10.0

Scivation Novem

 

Currently using Scivation Novem; Have been going strong with it for the past 3 weeks with awesome results; Stacking with Scivation Xtend 2.0 for an intra :thumbsup: Definently the best Pre Workout I've used.

 

I've also heard good things about a new Pre workout called Crank 2.0?

 

I purchase my goods from AAA Supplements. Good blokes to deal with, Have some good info etc. Either them or Massivejoes.com

 

I found everything above that i've used to be well... SHIT. Except for Scivation Novem;

 

Best pumps I ever got was from Superpump 250. Black powder made me focus more and walk away feeling bigger; Jack3d I still have, Use it on the odd occasion (once a fortnight) to measure tolerances and still enjoy taking it as you will be sore the next day, And the others weren't that crash hot.. No Xplod was by far the worst after the first fortnight.

 

Haven't been happier on Scivation Novem; Its only $50 a tub for 40 serve; Give it a shot, You'll be very suprised ;)

Eat a solid amount of carbs, little bit of protein.

 

But I've tried a few pre work outs, here is how i would rank them (best to worst)

1. Superpump max

2. Gamma labs pre-training formula

3. No-Xplode 2.0

4. Jack3d

 

Superpump and Gamma were both great. They both give you a good pump and an energy boost at the gym and i personally felt no crash afterwards. Having said that i only took 2 scoops at a time. Superpump is gold and in my opinion better than Gamma. Both are pretty cheap from bodybuidling.com

 

I do not recommend No-Xplode 2.0 or Jack3d. Jack3d provided me with absolutely nothing at the gym and when i tried to concerntrate and study after gym i could not focus at all. This is at least 2 hours after training btw. No-Xplode 2.0 did provide me with an OK pump and energy boost, but it was by far the worst crash iv ever felt. I only took two scoops and after EVERY workout i would get severe headaches.

 

But having said this, everyone reacts differently towards pre-workouts. If you can try and get some samples and test them for yourself (bb.com sometimes give free samples with certain products)

 

 

Pre-workout is not as effective as a good diet and decent nights sleep though, dont forget that.

Mesomorph is my fav I have tried sp250 , max , 1mr , shotgun , hemo rage , no explode and mesomorph comes on top

+1 for being most pumped after a nice shard rage in the pipe. Nothing comes close........ Bulk shard

Gone through two tubs of jack3d, was quite good. A lot of focus and clean energy. The crash was quite bearable.

 

Currently getting off 1.M.R, tons of energy, less focus than jack3d, does not mix well with food. Have to eat food a minimum of ~30mins before taking 1mr as it makes you feel quite unwell in the stomach. Also hard to eat after your workout which sucks, can only manage small things like nuts and protein shakes. The crash is quite hard off 1mr too.

 

Tried Superpump 250, absolute shite. Nicknamed it Superdump because you shit yourself straight after taking it. Poor focus and a very unclean energy.

 

Slowly lowering my scoop size on 1mr until i'm working out just naturally.

 

Would probably buy jack3d again in the future.

just buy some beta alanine. thats the active ingredient in those powders that give u increased endurance and power

DY noxpump is good. only problem is for new users not being able to sleep....

 

Good focus and no real crash.

USP Oxy Elite Pro......more for fat loss, but has caffeine in it, seems to be working alright!!

Just tried superppump biggest tucking crash I've ever had. Might as well have stayed.home that's.how.bad it was i was f**ked 10 mins into training.

Similair thread i can see heading in the same direction. preworkout

 

I had a protein shake pre workout for the first time on Sunday instead of straight after and even though i was in a bad mood which usually results in a lack lustre workout i had more than expected vitality so i'm gonna go with that for a bit. That or it must have been Deftones Diamond Eyes album blaring in my headphones which has been a winner lately.
